Main tasks:
• conducting recruitment and selection processes
• creating and implementing employer branding activities
• managing the onboarding process for new employees
• coordinating student internships
• assessing employee satisfaction and engagement
• preparing content for internal and external communications (including social media)
• assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• providing support to employees on HR-related topics, including performance management and career development
• participation in the organization and delivery of learning and development activities
• administering employee benefits programs
• various administrative tasks related to HR
You are the right person for us if you:
• have a master’s degree in psychology, economics, or another similar field
• have 2+ years of relevant work experience in human resources
• have strong interest in human resources
• are acquainted with labour law and other relevant legislation
• have excellent knowledge of English language
• have a proactive approach to work, are solution oriented and strive for continuous learning
• have excellent communication and organizational skills
• prefer teamwork, exchanging knowledge and ideas with other colleagues
